The State of Illinois Secretary of State has chosen E.L.A Security to be an integral part of a $5M dollar upgrade of security at the Capitol Complex in Springfield, Illinois. E.L.A. will provide up to fifty- (50) armed security officers to assist the Secretary of State’s Police in securing the Capitol and surrounding government buildings. E.L.A. was selected from several potential vendors due to our extensive experience in securing public facilities. We were not the lowest priced vendor but represented the best value to the State. E.L.A., its owners and its employees are proud to play such a key role in the State of Illinois Homeland Defense.
