Mutual Expectations

It has been said that the reason for all problems between people is due to a failure on the part of both people to communicate their expectations for the relationship. Expectations are defined as the way in which one person expects another to act in the relationship. These expectations are not simply wishes or likes and dislike; they are hard and fast rules. It is the same between employees and theirs employers.
