I am writing this to announce that EWING-LUNDBERG AND ASSOCIATES, INC. (d/b/a E.L.A. Security, Inc.) has ceased all guard operations as of May 27, 2011. We anticipate closing all of our offices as of June 30, 2011.
As such, E.L.A. Security will no longer be licensed to provide security guard services in Illinois or any other state. Affective immediately, we will not be accepting any employee applications, new business or solicitations for business services.
This journey began back in 1983. While there were bumps along the way, the road we chose to travel has led to many successes and provided us the opportunity to be of service to our customers and the great people of Illinois. Now it is time to bring this portion of our journey to an end.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank all our previous customers, former employees and businesses associates who made our twenty-eight years so successful. I will miss the camaraderie and the challenges each day brought.
As we travel our now separate paths, I wish each of you success in all your future business endeavors. I am also hopeful that you will find the time to enjoy the best life has to offer.
